OK. This one is not new but I have been taking a much closer look at it and this site looks FANTASTIC! "Practice that feels like play" - Kids can do the activities right on a computer or mobile device. You can start at any grade or go down to the Ontario curriculum and click on activities for any ministry expectation. After using it for a while we discovered you need to get a subscription if you want to continue using it. That was a bit of a let down. Go for the free trial and see what you think:
