Introduction

Hello!

Welcome to Mr. v's grade three class website! I am thrilled to be starting another year at St. Joseph School as your child's teacher. This role is one that I consider to be both a privilege and great responsibility. I look forward to working with all my students parents as partners in the education of your child. 

The primary function of this site is to mirror and expand on the contents of your child's agenda. If your child has forgotten or misplaced her/his agenda or you just prefer to use an online tool to keep track of homework, news and events... this is the place to be! 

For the last few years I have used this website for my class and it has been an overwhelming success. Other teachers have even asked me to show them how to make one. I'm sure you will find it a useful and enjoyable site where parents can find news and useful or interesting links to educational and fun sites. 

Homework

Homework isn't just a chore but a way to practice and reinforce new skills. I think you'll find my assignments are not time consuming, not overwhelming, and age appropriate. I will be posting the daily/weekly homework assignments under the homework section of this site. Just click on the homework link in the menu bar at the top of this page to keep updated on your child's responsibilities and deadlines. You can check from your desktop computer, laptop, iPad, or even your smartphone.
